Barack Obama Sings Call Me Maybe

It’s been a while since we posted something fun here on Appsplit so we thought of taking this post and giving you something which we hope would help you unwind.

YouTube user baracksdubs has posted a video on the popular video sharing site showing U.S. President Barack Obama singing “Call Me Maybe”, the popular hit by Carly Jepsen.

There’s been a deluge of videos on YouTube and other video sites as of late with people lip dubbing to the pop song. However, this video has got to be one of the most ingenious by far.

The president has had a long history of belting out a tune every now and then but before you go thinking that the U.S. commander-in-chief really did sing “Call Me Maybe”, let us tell you that he didn’t. And that’s the genius of the song.

Baracksdubs, whose real name is Fadi Saleh, pieced together clips of the president saying the exact words of the song. He added the track on the background and what you have is a very entertaining 1-minute clip of the U.S. President “singing” the song.
